So usually I box and walk around at 62kg-63kg, now I weight that after training for two hours so I assume I'm about 64kg. I wont be competing for a while, but for next week Sunday I want to drop a couple of kilos and get rid of this little distended pot belly which has formed. I'm currently training three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and it wont leave me alone! admittedly my diet has not been great. My plan is to train just as hard as I have been (drenched with sweat when finished), eat less calories and drink more water, and finally go jogging for a minimum of 4 miles tomorrow, Tuesday, Thursday and next Saturday. Would all of the above **** this excess weight? if not, would it at least give my body some better definition for next Sunday? I can only see my top abs at the moment, the next row are visible but not greatly, and the bottom two are hiding but are there! Thanks guys...
All it boils down to (forgive the pun) is calories in vs calories out. So yeah eat less and do more. :good
lol absolutely unbelievable, I stated I wont be competing for a while so I'm doing the admirable thing and "living the life", trying to remain in shape so I'm fit when I begin training for a bout. I want to lose this bit of belly fat for next week, for aesthetic purposes, but along with that will come improved performance although its not like I drastically need to improve anything urgently. There's nothing wrong with having a little bit of focus on improving my body when I don't have competition to focus on. Maybe you need to refrain from posting, unless it's positive. If you haven't got something nice to say then don't say anything at all.
Wow, is that the best rebuttal you could come up with after being exposed as a complete idiot? How your original comment was not valid at all. Nice witty comeback bro, please enlighten me more on this "reality" based on nothing. ****ing idiot :yep
How can an assumption, based on practically nothing, be "the truth". Again, you're either an idiot or a troll.
Rebuttal? I was laughing at your idea that losing a few pounds off your belly will result in better performance... it won't. But I'm sure you already knew that. You'll have to explain where you exposed anyone as being a complete idiot :huh BTW, I'm not a troll, well not always. :good
Maybe Virus' reply was a little harsh. But to be honest, your posts hint a little bit of insecurity and begging for a little hand holding. I might not be as harsh, but I can kinda see where this gets a little tiresome.
