    I watched a short documentary about a Muay Thai fighter and he was eating cheese and bread for breakfast not sure if that was before or after his morning workout but i was shocked at what he was eating more so because he is completely ripped with not an ounce of fat on him !

    everyone is different. we have diffferent metablosim levels, different food allergies, different digestive systems
