lol no i really am in tremendous shape actually. all i said was for dude to stop lifting weights and he will lose the muscle. i don't know y the "lieutenant" got all upset and stuff. probably roid rage. n everybody hoppin on his **** r his hoes. since u wanna assume stuff over a computer screen
If you really want to lose muscle skipping meals regularly is the way to go, muscle is the first thing that goes when there's no supply of energy. Whether you should lose it or not is up to you.
long reasonably hard cardio.. like 10 mile jogs, after about 6 miles the muscle starts falling off you. i went from 210pds to 180 and my bodyfat % stayed the same.. in other words it was all muscle..
look at marathon runners, not a muscle on them..
The best way I can answer this question is to force your body into a Catobolic state.
This is where your workouts are lengthy, and extended. Stop eating fats, or proteins.
Your muscles will hunger for protein, and they will start feeding on themselves.
The Catobolic state refers to your muscles cannibalizing itself to feed itself.
This will deplete your body of all your fat reserves, and give you that really cut up appearance.
I have seen weightlifters over do their workouts, and wonder why they cannot build up any muscle bulk.
Trying to explain a Catobolic state is totally useless. They never listen.
The internet is full of information on the subject but, that is useless too!
