What a ***. Ignoring all the facts and still think you're right. We should really look at this thread for what it really is, a Pacquiao dickriding thread.

Maybe a problem for some who are nearing weight drain (like De La Hoya against Pac), but not for Miguel Cotto, as he reports in this

    interview.

Cotto and his trainers said they felt strong at the weight...what more do you need? Haters are really reaching here.

Cotto weighed 146 for his fight previously, if he had such a hard time loosing 1 extra lb, he could have weighed in exactly the same as he did in his previous fight which was 145, take his boxers off and weighed 145...

Never got why DLH was at 147 a month before the fight. What was he thinking?

    Best part of the thread.

Losing one pound while being 10+lbs dehydrated, is easier to than gaining 3lbs fully hydrated (over the course of 2-3 months)

He wasn't thinking. He lost muscle to make that weight. Beats me to why he would go that route instead of just dehydrating a few days prior. He shrunk his stomach in the process, according to an article I read. I blame the trainers.

I think Oscar was over his head thinking he could still go down to 147 and be healthy for the fight. That stiff penalty probably had something to do with Oscar getting down to that weight early.

It seems you have never been in the ring before and have never tried to make a certain weight before. It doesn't matter what weight you are...if you are struggling to make a certain weight, 1 pound is a major struggle!!!

Cotto moving up to 154lbs is just a coincidence???...
