Wow, even when I thought I drank a lot I was nowhere near 24 12oz bottles of beer per day. What the hell does that guy do for a living?

He was, at one time, a Captain on the local fire department but has been retired for several years now. We worked 24 hrs. on and 48 hrs. off shifts and he drank his beer on his days off but not while on duty.

Since he retired, he starts about 10 a.m. and doesn't stop till he goes to bed. Funny thing is, he never appears drunk. The true definition of a functioning alcoholic, I'd say.

Wow, that 24 hours of sobriety must suck for him.

I would advise you to weigh yourself first in the morning to determine your real weight and % of fat levels instead of mid afternoon after lunch.

You need to record your fat before you lose the weight and then again after to be able to get a god estimate.

I tend to fluctuate by 2 or more kilos in the space of a day, let alone a week.

I disagree with this unless if you can weigh yourself before boxing on an empty stomach i think you should weigh yourself 2-3 hours after a meal

    Well you're wrong.

Weigh yourself in the morning after your morning dump.

Yeah weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast, same time same scales, to measure progress.

Random question here but was wondering is eating only 1000 calories and eating 2000 calories but burning 1000 off the samething?

It won't be either. It will more than likely be water. At least 80% or so of the human body is just fluids.

You think? You reckon the give-away is the word "fat" in my previous post?
