I have lost my apetite for real meals for about 2 months. I only crave sweet thigns now. I am really sick of it and I cant get my apetite back for good healthy meals. What could of caused this? What can I do to get my apetite back?
Eating sugar will just make you crave more sugar. You'll just have to force yourself to eat healthy until the cravings stop. Try eating fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth.
