    Hamer vs Harrison

Either Hamer KO 1 or Harrison RTD 3

    Easy money

they guy didnt take any punishment and quit. they pay him to fight. if your job pays you to perform a duty at work, how is it "****.ed up" that he was fired? 3 rounds and he didnt even get punched really. i'm glad they held his purse too for no performance

Exactly. This guy basically ripped off the fans. In legalese, he didn't fulfill the terms of his contract, which was to FIGHT.

And, this was the second time he has done this. I can't cry any tears over him having his purse withheld or his contract terminated. He is in the wrong line of work.

Tor "Quitter" Hamer what a joke this guy is! He was up 2 rounds to 1 when he decided to quit on his stool. No heart!

Man, boxing is just not for him. I don't know what was thinking when he picked up the sport. Did he expect to never get hit? He quits at the slightest sign of resistence. Back then, when he quit against Glazkov, I assumed he was hurt, injured or whatever - I expected a vaguely legitimate excuse for what happened but he never came clear on why he wouldn't come out of that ****ing corner when he hasn't received any kind of punishment.

Well, pulling that **** off twice is just weak. He is either too weak for boxing or can't be bothered to receives some scratches. The way it looked twice now was that he took the money and ran. I can't even blame them for withholding his purse, let alone fire him. Both punishments seem reasonable.

That's what I think too. He can dish it, but can't take it.

He knew the rest of the fight would be one long continuous ass beating or result in him unconscious on the floor.

No question. He didn't do his job. He was paid to fight as hard as he could, and he didn't. He blatantly quit with no good reason, and this isn't the first time, either.

I think this fight was bad enough for his career as it is. I think he's gonna need the money.

Tor Hamer didn't really have Thor's hammer, so Lou Di Bella snatched his purse.

    Lou Di Bella, the purse-snatcher!

Actually, he did eventually come out with some explanation about having a cold in the last week of training.

Yeah. A cold. He supposedly wasn't all the way over it when he stepped in the ring, either.

Now, I have fought with the flu. If you have never experienced it, the physical and mental drain of doing that is unlike anything you can imagine. Tor in the early rounds with Glazkov was quite obviously not suffering from anything like a full blown flu. If he was coming off something like a case of the sniffles (and not making it all up, which is plausible) it was mild enough to not be an excuse for tanking his performance.

After repeating the behavior on the big stage yet again there is no reason to give him the retrospective benefit of the doubt. "Not 100%" my ass. His problem that night is that Glazkov was at 100% and he wanted no part of that.
