If he fights for the MW title it will be a huge fight. Only slightly less than the Pac fight. Anyone with more sense than an animal knows Floyd vs Pac is a mismatch. Floyd vs Martinez is a toss up.

This is the main reason why Floyd is at 154. He is testing the weight for future bouts there. Like canelo, Pwill, Sergio, JCC Jr and Andre Ward.

Who Said he would fight Martinez anytime soon?...Whether Canelo is next or not, means nothing...Floyd will retire within 3 yrs...Martinez will be 40 in 3 yrs...Floyd has all the time in the world, but right now people arent demanding that fight...I wish reporters asked him about that fight every day...but they RARELY ask him about that fight...finding a vid of Floyd answering a question about fighting Martinez, is like finding a gem....Its about 5 videos TOPS of him talking about Sergio

Other then Pacquiao reporters really don't ask about a potential fight with anyone else, but when they do it's usually Sergio Martinez.

Yea but RARELY...Everytime they ask him, some idiot reporter chimes in and changes the subject...Every single time...Floyd doesnt even realize how much we NEED this fight...he just wants to fight Martinez, for his own personal fascination with Martinez's defensive style...if he knew we were clamoring for it, and he knew it was THE most important thing that could happen, he would say more about the possibilities of it happening...everytime he talks about it, he talks about it like its an easier fight than the pac fight...like its a Nothing fight for him...Ooooo..I wanna see it bad...He makes me think he can beat him easily

Andre ****in Ward? :patsch Most seem to think Martinez is alreado TOO big, and he himself looks small compared to other MW's.

The only person on that list Floyd will fight is Alvarez. A blind man can see the May fight is a lead in to a September fight vs. Canelo.

Floyd acts like that with every fighter.. I prefer for him to get in the ring with Serge and prove it. Not saying he can't because he is gifted, but talk is cheap and it's easier said then done.

I feel Sergio would be the biggest challenge of his career.. bigger then Pacquiao. If he got in the ring with Serge and beat him as easy as his fans believe he can I would take back every negative thing I every said about the him and give him nothing but praise.
