Too bad there isn't a transcript. Big Louis fan, but can't do audio at work. This is as pleasant a surprise as discovering Phil Anselmo was a huge boxing nut years back.
I thought it was interesting how they thought boxers in real life were tiny. They mentioned Ortiz as being smallish, and sugar ray Leonard as well, among others. I only saw de la hiya from far away once, but that's it, never seen another in the flesh.
i like this dudes comedy. funny as ****. i'm a bigger fan now because of his love for boxing! good ****. on a different note...his trainer is an *******. obviously...the kid is young...still has too much ego and is more interested in kicking the older guys ass than teaching him. my suggestion to c.k.....find urself a real trainer who can teach u the things u need to know to defend against that sorry attack he has. the kid looks to be in shape...but he's nothing special. props to c.k for taking that ass whoopin like a man though.
It's not that boxers are tiny, it's that they're normal sized really. Most sports are dominated by huge guys, basically always over six foot and often much more, who are powerfully built. Because boxing has weight classes, a smaller guy can still be a champion. If boxing had no weight classes, it would be the same way.
I met Cotto.once and was surprised that I was about an inch taller then him, I always knew how tall he was I guess u just expect athletes of that Caliber to be huge
