Louis vs Ali

I just like the things Louis does well compared to that of Ali and I think that will make the difference down the stretch. The biggest factor to me us Joe's accurate very hard short combination punching. Still the best I've seen from a HW

Ali would be a nightmare opponent for Louis, watch the Louis vs Conn fight then watch Ali vs Cleveland Williams.

Louis always had problems against stick and move fighters, and Ali is definitely one of the greatest outboxers there is. Ali would honestly knock Louis out mid rounds, Louis is my current favorite fighter but ali is just all wrong for him.

 

This would be a good match up! All the people doubting Louis in this match must remember Ali had tremendous trouble with straight up and down fighters for some reason. Ken Norton? Joe Bugnar? dare i say Chuck Wepner who did lose the fight but had his moments during,, Would Joe Louis struggle with these fighters i think not believe it would have been a short night for him. Point being styles make fights, I do believe Ali would edge it but wouldn't be easy by any means could see Louis winning to by UD. Don't think either of the these guys ko's the other all though i'd come closer to believing Louis stopping Ali, granted he does have the better Chin Ali, but Louis boy could he really whack with that straight right!
