Louis was too small to beat Wlad, yet he beat bigger men...

You bring up a good point in using Joe Louis/Primo Carnera as opposed to Louis/Abe Simon. In showing why Louis would beat Wladimir Klitschko. As Wlad and Carnera have similar styles.
Wlad has a better jab than Carnera. In that it is stronger, faster and harder. Wlad's jab would keep Louis more honest. Carnera seems to have a better chin. While Louis was light by todays standers. He weighed 196 Lbs for the Carnera fight, at 6'2" he by no means small.

The question is dose Louis get past Wlad's jab and if he gets hit by it as well as his right hand how dose he take it?

I don't see this going to the cards either way. If Louis can get past Wlad's jab and take his punches. My pick would be Louis within 8 rounds. If he can't my pick would be Wlad within 8 rounds.

Chagaev has never been a good fighter.

Go back and look up some REAPER threads. He explains Chagaev to a T, and the fight played out exactly how he explained it.

The real question - that nobody is asking - is how Louis reacts if he gets hit by a 245 lbs steelhammer? Does he take it well? Could he weather the storm? Or does the 195 lbs skinny Louis get knocked through the ropes like a paper bag blown through the alleyway by a light breeze.

Answer that question before you analyze non-sense such as "Carnera's style being similar to Wlad's".

There are two ways to beat Wlad.

    1. Ambush him early for a quick, devastating KO.
    2. Take the punishment and a couple dozen big hands, weather the storm, wait for Wlad to tire and take him out late.

Louis doesn't have the skills and physical attributes for neither. I'd discuss Foreman destroying Wlad any time but Louis just is tailor made for Wlad. Louis has everything stacked against him in every department.

Which also applies to the Klitchsko's. They're skill level is average. Louis is 100x times the fighter they are.

You really don't know **** about boxing. I suggest you watch the film since it's obvious you don't grasp basic boxing concepts of timing, balance, and defense, which leads into counterpunching.

It's like that time Wlad destroyed undersized soft body, Sultan Ibraginov.

    He destroyed that guy.

And what about Wlad's indestructable chin? People say he's been down 11 times to absolute bums, but I say, he was ACTING.

    It's simple.

    :-(

I won't bother debating the subject, but it's the truth. They have decent boxing skills, size and they come in shape which is just enough to rule in this terrible HW era.

This is what the old time fanboys fail to see. He mightn't be the most aesthetically pleasing to watch, but he's got some very good fundamentals. He beats most champions of the past not because he's a huge f*cker, or because he's a very good boxer, it's both of those factors combined.

As far as superheavies go the klits are skilled. Well vitali not really, but Wlad is a little better. Not as much as louis, holmes, bowe... but definitely more skilled than guys like willard, jeffries, and arguably foreman.

They're still very basic in terms of overall boxing skillset, but for typical fighters of their size they are ok.

EDIT: By the way, the fighters who Louis ****ed up and destroyed the easiest were the bigger guys who couldn't avoid his combinations and punching. The smaller, clever, trickster boxers like Walcott, Charles, Schmeling, and Conn were the type that gave him hell. Louis would have more trouble with an iron chinned, quick, fast little guy like Tunney than he would with a Klitschko.

There is a difference between giving the Klit's some respect and declaring out of hand that they would easily defeat one of the greatest fighters to ever lace up the gloves. Neither Klit has faced anyone remotely as good as Joe Louis. It goes without saying there is much speculation behind this type of thinking.
