It's funny you know, it's funny how some years ago, exactly in 2006 when Bernard was not particularly favoured to succeed in defense of his MW title for the 21st time against an athletic young gun from Little Rock, Arkansas, people were amazed how a 39, 40 year older was so physically well conditioned, fit and up to the task and after two fights he was putting on weight to fight as a LHWT like he started in his pro début. Winning some, losing two fights in the process and getting at this stage with discipline, hard work, dedication, correct diet and always fighting mind over matter in his fights, you guys are astonished that he looks like that almost 50 years old. He has not had lay-offs so he has not looked like he needed to turn around the world to get back in shape like the Ricky Hattons of this World.

It's no big secret that Asians age far slower than Europeans, and have always been this way.
Why?
It's the diet and lifestyle, stupid.
