    It was an exhibition bout against future champion Michael Dokes. What's more, the bout was in 1977, so not only was it after Ali's 3 year hiatus, it was after the Frazier trilogy, after Foreman, after the trilogy with Ken Norton, etc.

    This is the old, washed up, about to be put out to pasture Muhammad Ali... and he still had it in him to clown a future champion.

    Dokes later got 10 years for attempted murder of his girlfriend and he died in his early 50s.

    Upon 2nd viewing it really shows how Ali was a master manipulator, because although Dokes couldn't hit him in the head, Ali's body was WIDE open and exhibition or not Dokes was frustrated or he would have seen that.

    the impressive part is this was when ali was out of shape, dont know if anyone else sees it but looks like the onset of Parkinsons was there.... you can even see it in the original whole fight vid...but once ali starts going and getting fluid its like its just natural for him
