:blood he was telling him to jab his way in.

double and triple jab nonsense? really, a good double jab is one of the best things you could have in boxing

Hunter knew exactly how to get Peterson to dig deep. They came with multiple game plans and executed. Great night for team Peterson - well deserved.

He was a good pep talker for sure. I didn't hear any strategy though. Just jab, double jab, triple jab....I know thats important but I was expecting more.

Did last night for sure. Ofcourse, I could never hear or didn't pay attention to what Roach was telling Khan.

I don't know if it's the illness, but have you noticed Freddie becoming even more subdued in last year or two?
He was never a shouter but I fear he's ailing more than we know

he did my favorite was after the knockdown and the point deduction for spitting out his mouth piece in Corrales vs Castillo I put his mouth piece back in "You better ****ing do something now" honest and to the point.

Peterson need land some good jabs but the jab didn't win him the fight and at times he really didn't need it as Khan literally just covered up and let him jog over to him unopposed and into range.

I thought early on when Khan looked strong Lamont landed some very fast counter jabs right to the dial.Short and zipping

    Good thread :good

I agree with your point. It reminded me of what you said, and Atlas in Moore's fight with Holyfield.

  12. It was:
"You better ****ing get inside on him, NOW!"

Yes it was nonsense in this case. He was always falling short with the jab, and getting picked off with sharp Khan punches in return. When he just bulled closing the distance as quickly as possible, he was at his most effective, so I didnt agree with the jabbing advice either.
Lost Petersen the 1st part of 2 or 3 rounds.

Was really good, liked it a lot.

I really liked "Tomorrow we will hurt, but not tonight" or something like that.

    Quality :good
