Peterson need land some good jabs but the jab didn't win him the fight and at times he really didn't need it as Khan literally just covered up and let him jog over to him unopposed and into range.
I thought early on when Khan looked strong Lamont landed some very fast counter jabs right to the dial.Short and zipping

Yes it was nonsense in this case. He was always falling short with the jab, and getting picked off with sharp Khan punches in return. When he just bulled closing the distance as quickly as possible, he was at his most effective, so I didnt agree with the jabbing advice either. Lost Petersen the 1st part of 2 or 3 rounds.
