You know, not only is this a shitty fight in and of itself, it's a TERRIBLE choice for the Mayweather/Hatton undercard.

For the love of God, if you know there aren't likely to be haymakers exchanged in the main event, put a couple of brawlers in there to satisfy the crowd's bloodlust.

This is boxing's problem. Always thinking short-term, not concerned with winning and keeping fans over the longer-term.

No you are mistaken , Paulie doesnt want this fight. But N'dou is pursuing a rematch clause that was in the contract. Paulie was calling out Hatton non stop after he beat Ndou. That is the fight Paulie claims he wants than anything, and a rematch with Cotto.

He fought pretty well with what looked like a severely broken bone in face against Cotto and didnt complain. Paulie is a tough guy with a very solid chin and heart, dispite what you think of his hair.

Pauli is a HYPE job imo, if he steps up competition it would be a mistake.

I don't care for cotto much but he has alot of heart and he's determined and undefeated. To say that Cotto is a hype job is a stretch after he starched our N.Y based Judah.

Cotto is not a hype job. But he is being rated too highly for what he has accomplished. He was the 3rd straight fighter to beat Judah (NC doesn't mean much). And if Paulie is a hype job....well that basically deprives Cotto of one of his best wins.

Paulie is no hype job either, but Hatton and Witter would beat him and badly at 140.

This is a pointless fight, I thought Malignaggi's people would give Ndou some money to just go away, but aparently Ndou want another chance. I can't help but feel that Paulie may have a lackluster performance this time around, I mean he already beat the guy 11 rounds out of 12 last time around, how much better can he do? He doesnt have the power to take Ndou out, I think this fight will be much closer and more uglier as Ndou tries to make it close rough fight, I don't think paulie will get up 100% for Ndou, and who can claim him.
