darchinyan can be up himself with good reason, faces the best constantly and tests himself nearly every fight against legit top guys!
donaire, mijares, arce, pacheco, agbeko, krillov, Gorres, rojas thats an impressive list compared to anyone!

He can do want he wants but being up himself has meant the sporting public couldnt give a flying **** about him.

There are divers, hockey players and squash players that have bigger profiles than Vic.

Sure he can talk it up all he wants it just no one listens

Vic has the runs on the board.

But his public image or appeal is virtually non existent. He whined about it but did nothing.

vic has not made it in oz because his english is terrible. and he talks himself up as being armenian by way of australia. or not aussie properly.

people don't see him as aussie.

    that's why.

Not knowing him I shouldnt say he is up himself, he is a great fighter it is frustrating that he doesnt go out of his way to boost his profile and boxings with it

The normal person who dossent know squat about boxing wouldnt pay to see a 50kg fighter do his thing and thats just the way it is. Everybody wants to see the big boys bang. Myself, i much prefer the lighterweight divisions because of the speed and skills on display

Agree with this, it was watching the lighter weights that really got me interested, but many just snub them. I've heard a few boofheads say they would smash Vic, and I would love to see them try.

I was thinking more along the lines of Lauren Love'smore **** or Ndou me in that hole.

or Bestiality Battles 18: The Black Panther vs the bald ****ed Eagle.

But I digress...is he still fighting or did he for real retire this time?
