yeah...I hate to say it, but he wanted no more of that fight, and he took the easiest way out. Same ol' Zab. I do think that the hit was a little low, but even still Zab should have stood up! Damn Zab...Skills of a tiger...heart of a *****...cat.
Shot seemed right on the belt to me, and that belt was already pulled pretty high. Just my 2cents though. Unless Judahs balls are on his hips i think the shot was pretty legit.
2 headbutts to the face and a punch that is in debate over whether it hit him in the dick.... but wait, khan is the best dude! Just don't think too hard
1st reaction was low blow. On replay, it was clearly on the belt line, which was pulled up to Zab's belly button. Amir hit him in the stomach, and Zab said he hit him in the groin and wanted a standing 8 count. Zab had a chance early, and would always fade later in the fight. Zab was in for a long night, and looked for a way out IMO
Correct me if I'm wrong but when a ref gives you a standing 8 count, that means you were knocked down legitimately. Zab claims it was a low blow. Why would he think that the ref should give him a standing 8 count? Am I wrong?
The call could have gone either way but the bottom line is Zab could have gotten up and ask for more time. Instead he found a chance to quit. Khan was beating him. While Khan looked good for most of the fight he has still looked rough on some instances. He pawed his jab several times, leaping lazy punches, etc. I was hoping that Zab showed some heart like he did in the Mabuza fight where he was getting hit but stayed in control. Not this time. Belt shot, low or not, there was no reason to stay on your knees and gloves and listen to the ref count. Get up and argue. He quit.
The rules are that a lot blow is below the belly Button, you can't move the belly button, but you can move the belt. Judah's belt was high, the body blow was on the upper end of the belt, not below the belt or belly button. Khan outclassed Judah. Bradley will never fight Khan, nor will Void.
Judah quit and was getting the **** kicked out of him. He sounded like a crying little ***** in the post fight interview. "He gave me an 8 count for a low blow". What?? Is he making up rules now?? The shot was borderline and hardly enough to have him holding his **** like he'd been kicked between the legs. Judah was thoroughly outclassed.
