All low blows should be penalized by a point deduction. Ones that are too close to call should be reviewed by the referee in between rounds. This would be a useful tool to deter those who use this lame tactic to buy time.
Instant replays might kill the flow of the fight. But maybe a review of the tape before the results are announced in a fight that is affected by point deductions caused by low-blows:think
