I've been working on my bob and weave and if i spend a decent amount of time doing it my lower back is really sore the next day. I was wondering if there was any sort of exercise i could do to strengthen it. I was thinking there had to be some sort of reverse roman chair thing you could do, but i don't know.

You may be bending too much at the waist and not enough at the knees. Make sure you aren't looking at the floor and that you are dipping with your knees rather than just bending over. That will help.

Ab exercises will help, which you should be doing anyways. Also supermans are good.:

Ok thanks i'll try some of those. If i'm bobbing down and I can still see their eyes/punches you think that's ok?
