In the past I've managed to increase my weight(eating more and less cardio) and lower my weight (eating healthier and increased cardio) Is it possible to lower body fat and put on some weight at the same time?
You put on muscle weight, you lose bodyfat weight, sure it can be done. Should be the aim of every serious athlete to implement this as a lifestyle choice. Things aren't black and white, you don't have to only "cut" or "bulk", temporary fixes to permanent problems. Eat reasonably clean and train hard, and have some patience.
