We know the deal that the UFC offered Eddie Alvarez. The contract that the UFC offered him ended up as an exhibit in the lawsuit Bellator filed against Alvarez.

I think the UFC underpays their fighters, but pretending that the declared purses of the top MMA stars are all they earn is also disingenuous. Now, I have no idea of the specifics of McGregor's pay per view cut but I think it's safe to say he is getting one. My suspicion would also be that the McGregor and Rousey deals would be more generous than the one that was offered to Alvarez.
