    Round 8

D'Ortenzi now struggling to be first as Levin revives his early volume, digging deep and getting in a bevy of light touches from various angles. D'Ortenzi, however, starts taking over halfway into the round, finding Levin with the reliable jab and then hammering down across his face with the right. Levin hurt, scurrying away in a crouch, hit again, dropped! He's up but the ref doesn't like the liquidity of his legs.

    TKO8!!

That was a strange final KD, it didn’t necessarily look like he went down from a punch in that sequence, but considering the half hearted attempt to take a knee seconds earlier, I think the fight was reaching its end. Levin was totally gassed. Good effort in the first half but he saved nothing for the second half lol

Just got home was gone all day, sounds like D'Orentzi didn't look that good until the last couple rounds, but fairly entertaining. I gotta say, man, I was really disappointed in Turchi. I thought he was fairly legit, a southpaw with power in both hands. But his defense is pretty leaky, and he looked really stiff, he was wide and he was wild and reckless vs McCarthy. I mean, Tommy can box a bit, but I really expected Turchi to catch up to him and stop him similar to Riakpohre. Very disappointed. I think he can still make a little noise, he's only 26, and I think his power is real, but he's got as lot of work to do.
