Browne is likeable but has a paper skin, I will bet the house on a cut on his face. Whyte is the better boxer but Browne has better power. Either way it will be Whyte by decision or Browne by KO.
Sadly he's been making a living sparring for other fighters. Hopefully he hasn't gotten that mentality in the ring like he seemed to have v Chagaev
Not sure where this myth of Browne having a caste iron chin comes from. I've followed his career longer than most and he's been hurt and knocked down several times - Most recently a bloated and washed up Chagaev had him down hard, Julius Long hurt him a couple of times, Walker had him down as did Belshaw. Browne is definitely a tough bruiser no doubt and he's got a shot here, but the weight(if true) and time off is definitely cause for concern. He'll be a month shy of 39 when he gets into the ring as well... Definitely things to think about.
Browne's defense and lack of respect for his opponents at times sets him up to take flush perfectly timed power shots. Yeah he's been rocked, and dropped. But it's his get back up and continue forward recovery that lends credence to the "myth".
Whyte gets sloppier and sloppier as the rounds pass, Browne should come in good shape and get whyte later.
what makes me doubt whyte is the way helenius had him on jelly legs with a glazed look in his eyes without even doing much of anything. It was at the start of the fight and lasted over 2 rounds I think.
Whyte out boxes Browne, has superior ring generalship. Then Browne lands and its good night. Chisora had Whyte very badly hurt twice, but was too slow and lazy to jump in finish him off. Browne will go nuclear on Whyte when he has him hurt. Browne hits a lot harder than Chisora does too. Browne TKO 9
Browne smashes the pie-throwing Pommie powderpuff like a guitar. Brushes him aside like the minor bit-part player that he is. Whyte flag is going down & he's going down hard.
