    regarding this.

    happy now stiffles?

u can go too far with boasting when promoting too. that's the point u dummy.

losing to a brain dead toney after talking world titles would be embarrassing, YES.

there is not a person in the world, other than james, who thinks he should be fighting anymore.

This Sunday at the Convention Centre in Melbourne Aussie Heavyweight Lucas Browne will take on 44 year old Heavyweight James Toney. Browne a former kickboxer is putting his fighting skills, hunger and focus in to aussie boxing, so far he has shown his worth beating aussie heavyweight champ Col Wilson early in 2012 in his 11th professional fight. Signed by Hatton Promotions his next two fights were in the UK with successive wins, China next on his agenda at the end of 2012 once again the victor for boxing Australia. Ranked No2 top heavyweight in Australia is leaning heavy on Browne to take on No1 Alex Leapai in a great aussie stoush all are keen to see

First is Toney, a head strong solid fight will be great...

It's good to hear of an Aussie working towards the top in boxing. I've seen a couple of his more recent fights and he's quiet good to watch compared to the snorefest most of heavyweight boxing is these days. I'd still love to see him fight Ben Edwards though, boxing or MMA.

That article was an interesting read. Thanks. :thumbsup

What I find more interesting though is that Browne's promoter Hatton won't be at his fight this weekend.

Would it not be relevant to put your boxers matches under the microscope??

I think it wrong that you call these people amateurs and dig them out at every chance you get, when you don't say something like "Look this is what I have done with my team", etc.

Afterall, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...

Hold on, no need to get all arsey pal.

What's good enough for them is good enough for you, no?

I have a feeling that upon reflection you've realised that it is actually you that is the amateur.

You say Brownes management are amateurs and don't step him up enough mayby they should take a leaf out of Haumono's management team and overmatch their fighter and get him humiliated and bashed.
