Really looking forward to this fight on Sat night, got myself 2 ringside seats yesterday.

Browne's journey towards the world title continues. Most, if not all give Bahoeli no chance. I think he's a decent fighter though and it's a good fight for Lucas. He has some power, yet also has a bit of a dodgy jaw.

5th round stoppage win for Lucas after a slight scare...

    Thoughts??

Browne is a decent heavyweight. In my view not a World Title contender, but still a top contender. He is very powerful though. His stoppage over Towers was a good win.
I'm thinking Rd 4/5 TKO for Browne.
Bahoeli even lost on KO to Dinu a couple of years ago.

The only time I saw Bahoeli fight was against a somewhat dissapointing Bogdan Dinu.
There's no way this will last the distance. Browne TKO6

Not many of us In Oz know much about Eric Martel Bahoeli other than that he can punch. Browne has had a good run so far. Hopefully it continues with a KO of this guy.

Can only see a stoppage win for Browne.

Browne is 1/25 with most bookies, whilst I think he'll win, I'm not sute it's that much of an odds on win.

He's a bigger favourite to beat Bahoeli than Klitschko is to beat Leapai...

    Meh.....

I'd think they coulda brought in a more live challenger for this one. I mean, at least Bahoeli aint coming to lose, but I think at this point, even Audely would beat Bahoeli.:think

Bahoeli is hungry. It is his chance. He has been fighting since he was young. He is from Quebec city. So I wish him good luck!

Anything is possible in boxing in this day and age. I've seen titles contested where neither participant appears to belong geographically.

Martel has a real chance here...He's nowhere near the same fighter he was 2 or 3 years ago...He now have sponsors, time to train and has lost 25 pounds . In his last fignt he destroyed amateur rival turned pro Didier Bence who was unbeaten at the time in two brutal rounds and Bence beated him twice easily in the amateurs. In the Bence fight he was way faster than I've seen him in any of his previous fights. If he fights smart he has great chances.
