    Love Lucas Mathysse's knockout power. But I dont really consider him a upper tier. What happens when he fights a master boxer with a chin. Ala BHOP/Trinidad???

    He fought an above average boxer with a chin, and lost already. He should stay at the weight he is at.

    I really feel like he can be on their level if he works at it, maybe switches trainers to learn some new tricks

    But as of right now, Pac and Floyd beat him hands down... He can beat Marquez if he fights smart enough but I think Marquez would be the favorite

    Him and Cotto would be a good one, but again... Cotto's got boxing skill... The punching power would really matter here

    Lucas is world class but not elite level. He shouldn't have a loss his record, and he is a great puncher with a solid mandible. I believe he legitimately loses to any master boxer with a chin. Such as Mayweather, Marquez etc. Marquez may get put down but he would rise and dominate.

    Bold prediction. Beating Pacquiao and Cotto (even at this stage) would certainly put Matthyse in the spotlight.

    you guys are getting carried away with Mathysee he can punch but he isn't very big and he isn't technically brilliant. A mikey Garcia type at 147 annihilates that ass in 8 rds. Elite level 147 he is not.
