Lucas Matthyse vs Hank Lundy

It's a pity indeed but that's how it works. They are still high risk, low reward opponent... They will get more top opponents when they start looking more vulnerable or/and when there is more money on the table. BTW Rosado is not a mediocre opponent.

 

GBP's matchmakers haven't looked like geniuses for a while now. This looks like they are getting as conservative as Canelo/Lopez. Hard to understand why everyone rates him so high EXCEPT GBP it would seem.

 

Jan 19 is a huge night of boxing. HBO has a tripleheader, Showtime has their card, and NBC has the Kovalev-Campillo card. Too bad these cards couldn't be spaced out better.

As for Matthysee-Lundy its not a bad fight but its nothing special either, plenty of other fighters would be a better match up here.Lundy has some skill and might put up a fight but he simply doesn't have the chin to deal with Matthysee and LM will evntually ko him.

 

Weird, dumb fight. Lundy is going to leave the ring in a body bag.
