Lucas Matthysse Vs. Viktol Postol: Who Wins and How?!

I don't get why Garcia didn't want it, if Matthysse disposes of this guy it just puts more pressure on Garcia for a rematch of what was a close fight until the eye.

 

Postol is a class fighter and has a chance, but his power isn't that good and his chin can be cracked, which leads a lot of us, logically, to assume Matthysse beats him.

The power and strength difference will just be too much for Postol. He'll probably win a few rounds by staying outside and could even outbox Lucas... before getting knocked out. Most likely Lucas could take 2 for every punch he lands and still manage to back Postol up and overpower him whether he ices him or not. To beat a puncher like Matthysse you need not just skill but a chin and and above average power, neither of which Postol has. Good fight but Postol's in too deep.

I'll be rooting for Postol, however Matthysse seems to be of different level in terms of boxing skills, to say nothing of power, so I can't see how Postol can win this one.

I also predict he (Postol) may have some success during first 3 rounds, but in the meantime Matthysse will be punishing him to the body to take away his legs. So this will end in rnd 8-9.

Judging by how Lundy sleepwalked against him, I think Matthysse has all the tools to detonate him. Matthysse is the class of the division and I would take no one currently at the weight against him, that includes Crawford.

Postol is a big guy and will make weight easier than Lucas...but he doesn't use his height how I expected....likes to fight small. The machine will break him down.

My thoughts,mate! Even if Postol puts his best foot forward he will finally cave in as he wont be able to cope with Matthysse's firepower.I dont think that the Argie can give Postol short shrift and take him out of action in the very first rounds,but I bet my house that Postol wont see the last round.
