Good fight, bloood bath Lucaz would be the fav no doubt BUT Rios is the bigger man, never been down before And is basically a bigger, better version of John Molina Jr who gave Lucaz hell Hope it happens!! ,They sparred before and it was competitive
Lucas should fight Lundy. A good opponent but one who wont be there to take his head off. Provodnikov, Garcia, Ortiz, Molina Jr: they were all punchers. I think the best course of action would be a rematch with Alexander or Judah but alas they are with Al :verysad
Molina floored Lucas twice because he has a very awkward looping right hand that you cant see coming . Lot of other fighters cant really imitate that . That's Molina money punch LOL I don't see Rios dropping Lucas at all , but of course anything can happen . Rios is a legit powerpuncher sooo..... Who knows ? I predict Lucas will get the best of Rios .
If he doesn't have trouble making weight I think Lucas should continue fighting at 140. Matthysse vs Rios would be an excellent fight to watch though.
Matthysse needs one or two easy fights before going in for another tough one. Rios will be a walking sandbag but can pose threats if he manages to get in.
Isn't Lucas like 5ft 6 or something ... He looks a decent size at 140 ... Think the big welters would dwarf him Big matthysse fan but I'd rather he jus fought broner and rematched Garcia ... Crawford would be a good fight at 140 as well... Still good fights for him Taking on pac at 144 would be great as well Still a lot of fights for Lucas at 140 before he steps up
Everyone though Broner was levels above Maidana . Look what happen there . Anything can happen in boxing
Bad example Only people who don't know sht about boxing thought that... Broner has 3 losses on his record but 2 weren't judged correctly.
Rios is an excellent finisher when his man is hurt... I can see Rios stopping Matthysse. Ruslan had a window in the 11th, but missed it.
