    Throwing real punches? Yes Dirrell is much faster.

    Very little of what was in Calzaghe's flurries were real punches.

    However, Calzaghe had the stamina to throw a greater quantity of his own fast whatever-they-were. Regardless of whether a large number of them were real punches or slaps/flashes - he did often clock 100+ per round.

    Dirrell holds back for the benefit of humanity. Like I said, if he punched any faster he could upset the time space continuum.

    Ask SNV, he punched so fast that he knocked out the guy who was delevoping the cure for polio. Thus depriving us of 10 FDR presidencies.

    Dirrell couldn't possibly punch back in time. If he could, he would have already punched AA before getting cheap shot. Therefore not losing 21 months of his time. But he clearly can't. Just sayin'
