Bute got up at 8. In case you don't know, 8 is 2 seconds before 10. The fight was over as soon as he stood up because there was no more time on the clock. The fight was over. If the timekeeper would have done his job, which was to ring the bell as soon as Bute's gloves cleared the mat, guys like you who don't know the rules wouldn't be writing the same dumb posts one year later.

Wow. This is my first time seeing this guy and I gotta say. I'm impressed. Fast hands, packs a THUNDEROUS body punch and throws lots and lots of combinations. Seems like somebody I should be watching more of! I think he would have fit in well with the talent they have in the Super Six right now, that's for sure.

Either way you cut it, watch the tape. When Bute is down, there is less then 10 seconds remaining in the fight, so even if he got 15 more seconds after the 8 count, there were no more seconds for Andrade to punch.

He did have some effect on the way people saw the end of the fight. But you're right, anyone had any result on the fight: bute was up at 8 and the fight was over.

 

At least, I did the job of getting the right info. You should start by learning some boxing rules before writing dumb comments. It takes more time but at the end, people will give you more respect. :deal
