Bute has already signed with Showtime, you don't have to wait to know that fact. Next Showtime fight for Bute is this fall. It will be Kessler or Pavlik. No news on Kessler though, I'm not sure it means good news. You can expect Pavlik and then the winner of the tournament, who is not Ward yet. Some Ward's fans put him very high in the rankings based on the fact they think he'll win the super 6. It's not done yet.

More, he has won one single real tournament fight (a damaged Kessler). Green was a **** replacement and Bika was not even in it. Ward is IN the tournament but has not done much IN it.

Not his fault but still.

Anyway, like it or not, Bute represents the biggest payday for the super 6 winner.

 

all im saying is im sure he (bute)will have the opportunity to be the best but as of now to me, he is on the outside looking in. if ward beats abraham and then froch(preferably froch and not johnson) he would be top dog.

Ward beat kesler fair and square. and i mean if u are gonna give kessler credit for beating froch u have to give ward credit for beating kessler.

im sure it will all unfold. i have just bene high on ward since the olympics and am glad to see him succeed. i dont htink its a given that he will win the s6 but he has everything it takes to do so. we shall see

It vexes me that cherry picking fraud Lucian Booty remains at #2 in The Ring ratings - what a disgusting violation of every thing The Ring once stood for, and a slap in the face of all the remaining participants in the fantastic Super Six tournament.

I would be a fool to disagree on that. Bute will have his chance but for the moment, he's waiting. So am I and I'm sick of it. :|
