come on, man. we all know kessler didn't run from that fight. the money didn't make sense.

we all found out about the money situation in the johnson fight. wasn't good was it?

    Ward would destroy Bute.

You think? I think Kess has slipped pretty good, he's been around a lot longer than people realize. At 168 I definitely favour Frochy

    Sakio? common man
librado? once agfain COMMON and remember he KOED Bute once but was ruled a NC

his best win was against glen Johnson and surely he is a decent fighter but not the best or near it.

Bute is a protected fighter and thats all to it!:deal

I would be v v surprise if the fight gets made down the line.

I think you need to wake up to ever think Bute would ever get to fight Ward as I don't think you seem to realise how much his rep has gone down. He has no bargaining chip to get a fight made with the elite fighters and he would need to have a string of impressive performances to get a good fight. Now Froch showed the blueprint how to fight Bute and it must mentally scarred him to put doubts in his mind, I can't see how he can come back from it. If Bute doesn't retire, I can only see him fight against B class fighters.

Bute didn't get anything going against Froch and Ward has a better defense. He might not KTFO Bute like Froch but Ward would win comfortably.

Maybe its because you don't care about the facts. Taylor was the first to bail out, and Kessler didn't fight shortly after, but 14 months later and therefore couldn't be ready for the next Super Six fight vs Allan Green in time...

he took some heavy shots from Froch and didn't go down.i guess you could call him a glass jaw if you have a glass brain

    Yeah thats fair.
He was overated before and now underated.
I think the problem for Bute now is that he has been badly beaten and exposed. Now everyone will be hunting that chin more than ever, yet I still think Bute can beat most of the top SMWs and think nerves affected him quite a bit.
Due to Ward not having Frochs power, I think Bute/Ward is 50/50, though would have picked Bute before the Froch fight

Taylor was the first to "bail" out?, are you for real?

Taylor was brutally knocked out IN A FIGHT and obviously had no place in a tournament just starting after a loss like that. Taylor didn't bail out claiming he's forced to retire with a serious injury only to return and fight cabbies.

Johnson - Freshly booted out of the supersix
Zuniga - I remember Pavlik fans bragging about the Zuniga victory in 2005, are you for ****ing real or trolling?
Bika - Coming off a loss to Calzaghe in Calzaghe's epic HBO debut
Berrio - The paper champion Bute beat?, who has he EVER beat?
Andrade - Good fighter and Bute's claim to fame, the only good opponent on a laughable list
