That's a bit harsh, the Canadian Government has apologized for Bryan Adams on several occasions after all

 

Fair play to Bute coming to the UK, not many people thought he would fight a big name never mind come out of his country! WAR FROCH

 

Hope Froch pulls this off but I just have a feeling he will get stopped late on. I think all those wars he had had has taken it's toll sadly I feel this might be a bridge too far. :-(

 

I don't mind Bryan Adams nearly as much as ****** Bieber

 

Could be Carl's last fight if he loses, especially if he gets stopped. All that would be left is a domestic passing of the torch against Groves or DeGale. No way was I gonna miss it.

I think it's difficult to pick against Bute in this one, people go on about Bute never leaving home and whatnot, and his record is a little bit thin, but there is no denying his power and just by looking at the way he handled Johnson you can see there are things that he does that will trouble Froch. The way Bute goes to the body, which is where Kessler had a lot of success, will be key I feel. I think he could even stop Froch to the body.

 

Do you think Froch will try to box him and operate strategically behind his jab knowing Bute can land hard body shots?

Bute is just under the 2:1 favorite mark. I'll be one of the few Canadians attending, in a sea of of Froch fans.

 

I can see Froch trying to box his way in with the jab, and really take the fight to Bute, Bute's footwork is of a level where I think he'll be able to dictate the fight and not allow Froch to just come at him relentlessly. He'll be able to bring himself in and out of punching range and unload while Froch is hitting air, Carl is fairly slow of hand and foot.

Froch's best bet would be to force the pace and really make Bute work, Froch has a tremendous will and engine and will have that advantage in the later rounds, however those shots to the bread basket will slow him down. Froch really is a warrior and I think will be a big test for Bute, if Bute isn't in peak condition then Froch will really make him pay.

 

Froch said in an interview that Bute can't fight going backwards which makes me think that is exactly what he will do and like you say it's probably his best shot.
But I can't see him beating Bute to the punch.His Street Fighter uppercuts must be erased otherwise he will get stuffed badly.
