Apprently he was dropped a few times as a amateur

    (2.50)

and the last round in this one he gets dropped and clearly should of been counted out here but was saved by some questionable refereeing

Amateurs are irrelevant to today's talk. He's much improved.

With Andrade it was a case of him gassing out IMO more than his chin failing him.He got hit plenty before he went down.Besides he fought with a stomach illness in that fight.
And he still got up befor the count of 10 whomever is counting.
IMO his stamina is questioable if even that.

    Undercard

International flavour is added by Bute’s fellow Canadian Pier Olivier Cote and the IBF Inter-Continental light welterweight champion will face Wolverhampton’s Mark Lloyd as Cote fights for the first time in the UK.

Islington’s exciting middleweight star John Ryder is looking to move to 11-0 and faces a tough night against Yorkshire’s Luke Robinson, and fellow Matchroom Sport fighter Ryan Aston also fights on the bill.

Team GB star Scotty Cardle will make his third pro outing and local fighters Leigh Wood and Adnan Amar will also taste the action on a huge night of top class action in their city.

“It’s a great line-up and another chance for Carl Frampton to get massive exposure,” said promoter Eddie Hearn. “The unbeaten super bantamweight star heads an exciting undercard group alongside Erick Ochieng, Pier Olivier Cote, John Ryder, Ryan Aston and Scotty Cardle, who will provide plenty of entertainment to a global TV audience before the mouth-watering main event.”

Good test for Ryder, 11th fight in his first 18 months as a pro, Eddie is doing well by him. Cardle 3 fights in 10 weeks as a pro is some goin, Frank needs to take note and keep his prospects active.

Decent test for Aston, even if Samuels has slipped to journeyman status.

I read somewhere there are still tickets available for this fight. Is this true and if so what happened to Froch's promoter who said the fight would be sold out in a couple of days, and this was said weeks ago.
    What is the truth?:huh

WTF! There are still tickets for sale? Bute sales 10k tickets in 1 hour in Canada. Froch and his team can't do the same in 1 month?!

More or less sold out now with a few floor tickets avalible(not a big fan of floor seats myself)The decent priced tickets sold out in a couple days.Tickets are a bit more expensive then a usual show to pay for Bute to come over but it will be a sellout so nice guy Eddie will be happy.

Kinda strange, when something like 4000 tickets were sold on day 1.
It's only some of the expensive floor seating left just and some limited view stuff.
Still poor though should have been sold out by now.

Well he always draws big crowds even against lesser fighters so it's not hype.
