Lucian Bute vs. Carl Froch RbR!!!

I risked the wrath of my gf by staying in to watch the fight. Glad I did though!

She watched the repeat after my insistence.

She saw it then said 'Wow! Him against Benn would've been good.'

I nearly fainted.

Yeah but Bute's trainers were on apron as well so they could of got Bute dq'd as well .

I've watched it 4 times now. Unbelievable!

 

Yea happened in the Kirkland fight.. He was quite a way behind on the cards too if I remember rightly.. And he got a DQ in his favour.. As someone said before tho I think Bute's corner were up on the apron before hearn was.. The whole thing was the refs fault.. He jumped in and waved his arms in the air.. I didn't even notice till I got home what had happened. We were all jumping around like crazy thinking it had been stopped.

Lol. I've watched it four times. Once at the arena, 2 x Sky broadcast and 1 x epix broadcast. Sky did the better job IMO.

Have to say that Matchroom put on a slick event. I was at the Arena at 7.30 and was entertained with non stop fights until the main event, so massive props to Eddie & co. Mick Hennessy take note.

 

I was mate. But I was literally standing up the whole time so my view wasn't obstructed too much.

The Romanians leaving after the KO was just too funny. One prat with glasses on giving it was particularly amusing!

 

Yea I noticed the huge gap that appeared in the stand once it was stopped. It was like someone had done a huge fart and they all just dispersed.. I made the mistake of making that my first live fight.. Now anything else I go and see will just seem ****..

 

I don't think anything will come close to that to be honest. Unless Froch batters Kessler in Nottingham next

 

If that comes off then im going for sure.
