Apart from the Brewster-Liakovitch fight, what other important fights did he officiate? Do you know what is his reputation?

 

The only thing I know about him is he favors the underdog and he likes black punchers that speak spanish. Other than that I haven't a clue about him.

Because Bute-Miranda is the semi-final and they only annouce the finals.
