You are right Pantera, I got carried away for nothing, sorry snakeface, but I tend to get pissed when you say things about Bute that are far the the reality that I'm familiar with. It's been a long wait for Bute to get a fight and Miranda, in my opinion, is just a stepping stone for Bute to increase is notoriety in the US. I follow this guy's career since he used to serve as sparring for Lucas 7 years ago. I witness his progression and his will to always learn to get better and better. He is near his peak and I can tell you that you have a special boxer who's limits are far from reached yet. And don't get me wrong, I don't think that fighting Miranda or his next mandatory will give him more credit on his resume. When the true challengers will be free to go, there will be parts of the answer to my claim. Until then, even if nerves are tight on fight week, I know I'm not the only one here who strongly beleive that we have a gem right in our backyard. And he's beginning to shine.....

Much respect for this post. I know where your heart is and your background with Bute/Interbox. Bute very well may be all that you hope. I can promise you though that Miranda is much more underrated than Bute is overrated. This fight, as little as you may think of it, will tell us much about both fighters. Bute may win, but Miranda will not lose. He will impress all of you win or lose. I have no doubt about that. Joe goossen is a genius and also very underrated.

Miranda has the same height as Zuniga 1.78m and we saw how good can handle Bute this kind of short fighters. Zuniga was not capable to touch Bute not even once in 4 rounds. Also Zuniga survived 9 rounds with Pavlik and Miranda was finished in 7. Though, this new improved Miranda makes me nervous and very excited.

Pantera, you`re a great guy but I am Romanian and you understand me.Only for you being his fan and I support Miranda exepting this fight.
Bute had problems of health and disregarded them before the first Andrade fight. You could see him without problems the next fight.
But, attention, that situation made him even better.
Yes, he could lose a match, but also he could remain unbeaten the next 10-12 matches until the end.Is hard to believe he`ll beat all Ward,Pascal and Dawson but remember Marciano and Calzaghe. Were they from another planet?

If Bute loses, I'll be in shock indeed, asking myself: Why did I pay for that?
I was in shock after the first Andrade fight, even if he won. I don't think it would be very different. The Bell Center would be so quiet.

I can't see it happening though. Bute is near his peak, is always learning, he's more confident than I ever saw him, real confidence based on what he is, and Larouche is a hell of a coach, as Goosen by the way. If Miranda has improved as you think, we'll have a great boxing match to watch. :good

I think Miranda's reach is better than Zuniga and Bute himself.

Miranda's reach is freakish!! It's listed as 197 cm even though he is only 178 cm tall.

Bute's reach is listed as 178 cm. That can't be true. He's 188 cm tall :huh

No Romanian television will broadcast live Bute vs Miranda . The amount of 150 thousand dollars requested by the organizers for transmission is considered too high. And the match will take place at 5 in the morning so even tho many ppl will wake up to see the match I don't think they are enough to make them profit

I think Bute's reach is a little under the average for his height but it's not so bad. There must have been a mistake once and Interbox is happy with it so they don't ask for any correction.
