Man, shut up. He did not walk onto that shot. Bute cleverly set it up and found the target impressively.

Possible, but I don't think that would really have a huge effect on the overall population. The overestimation also tends to apply to the Nordic influence in Rus', the Anglo-Saxon migration to Great Britain, and basically any other famous instance of population migration.

Mendy knew that Bute was luring him there! Bute was waiting for the counter!

    Oh Shut Up man..

Bute is 31 years old Grown up man. Bute is fighting 37 years old no hopers at his 8 title defenses. against guy who was SPARKED THE FUK OUT in the first round by Sakio Bika.

Mark my words Bute is second coming of a Sven Ottke. The undefeated super middleweight.
Evne thou I dont remember Ottke getting knocked out and winning a decision not even at German

I wasn't thinking about it in terms of how it applies to the totality of European tribes but yeah you're right, that's interesting when looking at it as a whole. The Varangian 'influence' on Rus is non-existant simply western morons who don't know what they're talking about. I constantly hear people say that Rus are descended from them

The biggest migration theory that is accepted in mainstream history that seems almost completely unfounded to me is the supposed great migration of the Slavs.

Out of all of those though i do think the Magyar stuff has alot of validity, unlike the other ones mentioned. It happened alot more recently and is quite well documented compared to the others which happened in the 6th, 7th and 9th centuries.

The problem wasn't the direction Mendy was circling. It was the fact that he didn't have his face protected. Bute caused that by faking him out with that right arm swing, making him think he was just going to flick out a jab. Mendy's hands came down, and BOOM! There came the 1-2. :good

Mendy got fooled, but it was hardly ******ed on his part. Saying that discredits the carefully executed strategy that led to that awesome KO. That's all the attitude is for.

No, Mendy wasn't a huge challenge but the way Bute got rid of him deserves LOADS of kudos.

Can Bute find a more disgraceful, china-chinned disgraceful 'challenger' to his 'title'?

    You bet he can.:patsch:patsch:patsch

    Oh FFS! :patsch

I'm not even a big Bute fan, but find myself disapproving more of his the ridiculous comments of his haters than those of his nuthuggers.

He is one of the most divisive figures on ESB. He's like a miniature white Lewis. (or a bigger and slightly less handsome ODLH).
