The exception showed what kind of boxer can make it hard for Pavlik. It's a question of footwork, of Bute being a southpaw and a slicker boxer than Pavlik. Bute is not Hopkins of course. But Pavlik has not been very impressive over 160, and I'm talking also of the rematch against Taylor. He's slower and his power and strenght become average against big SMW. I think Pavlik would win against Abraham, but not against Bute. So, it is not one exception who proves every other case but THIS case.
Bute would touch him and run away, touch and run away... That's what he does when facing a real puncher.. Kelly ****s him up.
