Pascal's game has evolved a good ****in deal since the Froch fight... what in the world had Taylor done at SMW?!? Beat Lacy? Ha.

 

Taylor has acheived far more in boxing than Bute has,I wouldalso class Pascal's win over Dawson as better than anything Bute has done aswel,so it obviously the fighter who beat them has obviously acheived more than Bute also.Its not a question of who is better but who has acheived more and thats Froch by a long way.Lets see Bute actually fight a world champ for a change and lets see how he copes outside of Canada,then and only then can we judge how good he is.Beating B and C level fighters very well is not more impressive than beating A level fighters in close fights,never has been and never will be.

 

After watching the top SMW's a few times he looks the best. If I had to make predictions I'd pick Bute over Ward, Froch, Kessler etc. Thats why I rank him no.1.

Taylor acheived more, no question with the victorys over hopkins (desereved or not). but after that what has he done, got out boxed by pavlik, got a gift SD over spinks, is not the same fighter he was in his hopkins fights. Froch got the KO, but was on his way to getting a loss, not taking away from the victory, but this was NO PRIME taylor. Bute has not had a hopkins level boxer under his belt, no question, but what he has done, is held the title for almost four years, coming on to his 7th defense, an fought his mandatorys, only complant i have, is he should try to get 3 fights in a year, as a fan, knowing he has big fan base in canada, there no reason not to get another fight in. That's absurd. Pascal was still studying to become a policeman when he faced Froch. He had not the attitude of a real pro, was not listening to his corner, and was weightdrained a bit. He was also a very green boxer. You can't rewrite history like that, but of course you don't know nuch about what you're talking about. Today, Froch would never beat Pascal.

Taylor had never been a name at SMW. Too small, not enough power, and not the will anymore to suffer in the ring. And by the way, he was easily winning on points against Froch. That win showed Froch had big flaws.

 

Bute is also the only guy to have knocked out Andrade, something not even a prime Kessler have done. Also Joe C have beaten a prime Kessler, Froch was not even able to win vs the damaged version of Kessler.

He beat the count, another real fact, he KO'd him in there rematch, were kessler hit him with the countles punches in a fight that should of been stopped an could not get him on the canvas. That is also a fact, he got bute in the later part of the round in which bute, was just sitting back cruising to a UD, an he paid, an he beat the count, cause he stood up, which is what he had to do, an that is somthing andrade did not do

Froch is the only guy to Ko Sergey Tatevosyan, something Bute couldn't do and only 2 months after Bute fought him.

Froch is the only guy Taylor was able to knockdown at SMW. In 28 bouts, Froch opponents total 264 loses vs 167 for Bute in 27 bouts.

"Only 2 months after" should have rang a belt in your head. Froch gave a 3 weeks notice to Tatevosyan, 3 weeks after he was pummeled by Bute. If Froch could KO Tatevosyan, that's precisely because Bute had destroyed him before.
