    I'm not blaming you. ;)

It's just that anyone saying the offer is bad or good must bring all the numbers. A couple of millions + European TV rights seem fair to me as a first offer. Kessler can get some more millions the the TV.

I remember few years ago Bute said he was'nt ready for Kessler, now it's the other way around, after Stiglitz, Kessler will be ready for Bute and Ward, give him a chance, and **** Froch he'll
get a beating from Ward, he looked terrible against The road warrior.

You may be right. You may not. Andrade was considered as the best chin of the division and he went down. Bute never had the occasion yet to face a top 3 so we'll only know when it happens.

That means you don't know more than anybody else. Your first post on that subject was hilarious. I prefer you as a hater more than a Bute fan. I would be ashame to be in your gang.

I'll put this one in your face as soon as I can: "Bute is feather fisted." Well, I imagine you'll disappear and come back with a new alias when it happens.

    :ass

What I implied is that it reminds me of that time that Kessler had a deal that seemed apparently done enough for Showtime to have adds for the fight goin', only to find out Kessler chose to fight off of Showtime against an opponent that made Google say "Who?".

The most puzzling part of it all was everybody figured Kessler would tear Edison a new one, and at that time Kess had a good bit of talk about wanting to be on US TV (Showtime or HBO) and this would have been a good name at the time to beat for US casual fans to recognize.

    Still so funny?

Bute's team can't offer Kessler the kind of money that would make a fight in Montreal attractive for him. My two cents.

I'm pretty sur I-box offer was close to this if not better! But this said Ward-Kessler wasn't only about money it was for the S6 so we can't really compare!

What makes you think the offer was that much? Laffie figured it was much less due to Showtime 'only' paying 2M.

I reckon Kessler would command something in the vicinity of 4M for facing Bute in Montreal.
