    You are a fool.

It isn't that he has a glass jaw. Allow me to explain to you the subtle differences in say, Margarito's defense versus Paul Williams' defense.

For starters, Paul Williams doesn't tuck his chin in any fight. He always has his chin up in the air and from his perspective (being taller than most opponents) he does not always see punches coming. Margarito does because he tucks his chin, keeps a decent guard and forces punches down the middle so he can see them.

If you can see a punch you can prepare for it. If you know what the opponent is going to do you can prepare for that too. But if you go out there toughman style like Williams does in every fight, it will be a gamble because you might get caught with a huge punch you don't see.

I don't care who we are talking about. No chin out there is going to take the kind of shot Williams took last night. You just can't expose yourself that way. All the durable chins of yesteryear and today understood this. You have to force the punches down the middle so you can anticipate them. If you don't you are going to be a highlight reel knockout.

How long have you guys been watching boxing? Guys place their punches while ducking (as in, not looking at) ALL THE TIME. Nothing lucky about it except perhaps the timing, and even that shouldn't have been that surprising considering the way Williams throws.

You could see that shot coming a mile away. He attempted that short hook a couple of times in the first, including one which landed on Williams chin (which to me looked like it briefly stunned him).

It's fairly obvious they trained over and over for that shot. Like I said before, Martinez will come in with a new strategy and Paul Williams will just be Paul Williams.

I'd Bet Martinez does it again if they fight a 3rd time.

Martinez timed Williams perfectly. Martinez won the first fight without having time to train, but Williams judges cheated. Williams did not see the punch coming, it was fast! This was not a lucky shot, it was planned. Williams does not have a glass jaw either.

He was landing it earlier as well as in the first fight.

He's landed that lucky shot about 10 times including last fight.

Martinez landed several overhand lefts like that when Williams was lunging in.... it looked to be something they really worked on... That last one was perfectly timed and landed right on the button.

Did you see how fast Martinez' left was? That punch was fast. Martinez is a much better fighter than Williams. Martinez was robbed in the first fight and they planned on robbing him in the rematch, so Martinez knew he had to knock Williams out!

    dont agree.
if it was a lucky shot Martinez would have been suprised when PW went down.
He wasnt, it was like he knew PW was going down and not getting up.
He didnt even look back and started to celebrate.

It's considered a lucky shot when you need butt hurt medicine after tonights fight.

Not lucky, you can see Martinez was looking to time that shot.
Martinez didn't even turn back to see Williams go down, he knew exactly what he had done.
    Awesome KO
