Luis Collazo to move up to 154

    He said he could try to go down for a big fight, so he probably would.

    That would be a very good matchup, but I'm sure Collazo will have to build himself up at 154 rather than get a shot right away. Way to risky for Martinez to just take this fight when he can make easy money getting his revenge against Margo or rematching Pavlik and Williams. Luis would probably have to beat Angulo, Williams or become mandatory for him to get a shot at Martinez.

    Collazo vs. the Angulo/Cintron winner wouldn't be too far fetched. And either one of those is a bad ass fight.

    It would be good. But I don't think Cintron will rematch Angulo. I think Collazo should get a real quick tune up and then target the winner of Williams/Cintron or the winner of Angulo/Julio. If he doesn't get the shot at either, I would target the loser of either fight, but preferibly the loser from Williams/Cintron just to get to that level in this new division.

    This is all smoke and mirrors. Read between the lines in that FightNews article. They'll be campaigning hard to get a rematch with Berto @147. I don't see Collazo going to 154 because I don't believe he's having any problem making weight @ 147.

    If roles were reversed, say it was Aydin doing the traveling to the US to fight Collazo, and Aydin then did the exact same thing Collazo just did, there'd be a dozen threads right now about how Aydin's ducking him.

    Collazo can outbox Angulo, has a great boxing match with Martinez, possibly outpoints Williams, Wright can't make 154lbs no matter what he says, outboxes Dzinziruk and Foreman.
