Barnes losing badly, he's just second best in every aspect. It doesn't help he can't turn the tide with punch power, i worry about his long-term prospects, he lacks pop and Mojica looks a weight class or two bigger than Barnes. Poor matchmaking for a comeback fight..

    Round 1 Mojica 10-9
    Round 2 Mojica 10-8
    Round 3 Mojica 10-9
    Round 4 Barnes 10-9
    Round 5 Mojica 10-9, close
    Round 6 Barnes 10-9

Mojica staggered with a straight right, Paddy swinging and missing a lot, but Mojica isn't capitalizing, Paddy flurries and takes the 6th.

    58-55 Mojica

Its truly shocking that none of the three judges counted the 2nd a 10-8.

Jesus, suck it up buttercup, if it were an 8 rounder you would have probably won. But quite frankly, you do suck, you probably should retire.

Good decision by Paddy, no reason staying in the game for unnecessary punishment. He became pro far too late, the adaptions he will need to make are simply too difficult at this stage.
Paddy knows that he'll be nothing more than a gatekeeper, and for his health and his standing he doesn't want that.

I mean he’s 31, and he probably doesn’t foresee his career going that well if he’s struggling with fights at this level, but I do agree it was a bit dramatic lol

Exactly, go weep into your Lucky Charms and give yourself a prostate massage with your Olympic bronze medal; that is the highest accolade you will ever receive in this sport. :deal:

OMG and he bottled it on St. Patty's Day, that extra little facet of this humiliation just occurred to me. :risas3:

Just retire in shame already, Paddy, you whiny crybaby dud. :deal:

This broadcast has been awkwardly aggressive today. Tessitore going off on PBC is probably the only redeeming moment he’s had in his year or so of being the lead ESPN commentator
