He is sent to a neutral corner while Monterrosa recovers on his knees. Time in. Another low blow, left hand lead on the cup by Mosquera. No point deduction, not even a warning... Double jabs by Mosquera, flashed into Monterrosa's face to blind him and neutralize his left jab.
