    Round 1

Rodríguez is walking into lots of jabs from his fellow southpaw as Corrales pot shots from outside. Corrales is keeping his arms down, sagging his weight on deeply bent knees, baiting Rodríguez and popping him with jabs before pivoting to step around him. Rodríguez is pinching his elbows together over his navel but unable to keep his gloves together as Corrales punctures with the jab. Rodríguez throwing wide punches at the body and pumping his own jab but not finding the mark.

    10-9 Corrales

I think it goes twelve. :verysad

Rodríguez can hit but Corrales is obviously going to play cutie-pie and might be too athletic for him (assuming his gas tank holds up) - whereas Rodríguez hasn't been stopped in over seven years.

Pot shot UD for Jezreel is written all over this.

    Round 2

Rodríguez is lunging in, his jabs getting picked off by Corrales' right glove before it zaps Rodríguez on the face, often followed by a left cross delivered from a safe distance and wound up for extra torque with Corrales leaning away, drawing his arm in. Rodríguez keeps stomping toward Corrales but getting slowed down by combos, with Corrales stepping comfortably out to preserve range, staring Rodríguez down with his arms lowered to rest.

    10-9 Corrales

    20-18 Corrales

I want Rodriguez to win, but he's not so I wish Corrales would just KO him and get it over with.:tired

    Round 4

Rodríguez continues to make only stuttering progress applying his pressure. Corrales is using superior footwork and slippery defense to make Rodríguez, who looks stiffer every minute, lunge and miss. Corrales is countering with combos and very light, almost nudging jabs. Rodríguez gets closer in the waning seconds but Corrales still bobs side to side to effectively slip and counter, raising his own work rate temporarily.

    10-9 Corrales

    40-36 Corrales

Hmm, affirmative. Doesn't seem like an amateur commission/show or set of refs down there. Why didn't the other team complain? :blood

So far this isn't a championship fight (interim) worthy of being held in a venue named after Manos di Piedra. :nono
