Luis Concepcion vs. Oscar Gallardo RBR

Concepcion pumps his strong left jab, up and down. Gallardo trots away, all around the ring. Concepcion patiently walks forward, jabbing. Concepcion is kicking his legs together, his pace getting swifter as he looks to close in on Gallardo and get a piece of him. Jab/uppercut. Gllardo down!!! Almost a late punch as well by Concepcion but he held back. Concepcion jumps on him after Gallardo beats the count. Jab and cross. Gallardo is shaken. Ten second clap. Concepcion nails him with an uppercut up close, and down again.

That it? Bell rings. Saved? No!!

I think Concepcion hurt his left hand. He's wincing and clutching at his wraps as his gloves are removed.

Yeah, dude's in pain, squinting through it and trying to relish in the moment and the adulation of the fans at the Roberto Duran Arena...but unable to hide that telltale rubbing and grimacing. He went and ****ed his hand up scoring that knockout, I think.

 

El Nica is doing an interview, barely out of breath. (still gently massaging the back of his left hand with his right)

 

He discussed the fight for about a minute, and has now spent three or four more giving shout outs. Random girls he knows, his family, his milkman (I don't know, it's all in Spanish...there were lots of girls' names and sly winking, and definitely the word "familia" in there somewhere...)

Luis is a bit of a clown.
