Swap Inoue and Neri's nationality and you'd do a complete 360. You realise that right?

I didn't realise the WBC did their own drug testing...thought they had to have a drug testing agency do that...and that drug testing agency found his samples to have been positive. The WBC bending over backwards for a Mexican fighter is normal, but that doesn't mean he didn't test positive, just that they **** the bed when it came to punishing him.

2 wins vs. #1 ranked opponents

2 other wins over a future and previous world titlist

Yo boy Nery has, what, 1 Guillermo Jones-esque win on that level?

Inoue KO's Nery in 3, maybe 2, he's very, very, very, I mean very vulnerable to counter hooks.

Here's the first of him and Filipino journeyman Tabugon getting dropped hard.

He got dropped hard by a counter right hook from Villanueva, in the 4th.

The last time a guy fought that recklessly against Inoue, he got brutally KTFO, and that was Kohei Kono, who is the walking definition of an iron chinned warrior, Nery clearly doesn't have an iron chin, do the math.

Nery is a great young fighter. Very interrested to see how big he'll become.
I couldnt care less about the PEDs story, all the top dogs do it

I also saw another very good young Mexican prospect, Joselito El Huracan Velasquez. One of his last fights was shown yesterday night on Bein Esp, before the "live" transmission of Dogboe vs Juarez. First time I saw the kid and he's not bad. Could very well be the next " Canelo "

Off topic, but Nery's style kinda reminds me that of Edwin Valero.

I don’t think you have to worry about Inoue avoiding any of the top guys when he moves up to 118. When Inoue moves up, obviously the aim will be to fight for one of the titles as soon as possible so assuming the current champions are still in place by then, then he will be matched up with Nery (or maybe Yamanaka),Tete or Burnett. That’s really not too hard to work that out.

Who do you think he will be targeting?

Its a pity I wasn't on here to be the first response. I'd have KO1'd him, for like the 40th time. :sisi1
