    If in fact Luis is serious which Im sure he is, then yea thats a fire cracker of a fight. And with Inoue's recent broken orbital, Nery would be targeting that eye whenever given the opportunity. I feel Naoya would grind him down and out take him out round 8 or 9 in a bantamweight thriller. What do you think?

    Nery is as one dimensional as they come. Naoya would butcher him easy.
    Unless Roach makes some major improvements, Nery doesn´t stand a chance.

    Assuming Nery gets past Rodriguez, it could be a huge fight for mid 2020.
    Nery struggles to make the weight though, so it'll need to be soon.

    I doubt Inoue fights a tough fight next.

    Neri was banned indefinitely by the Japanese Boxing commission for struggling like crazy against the chin cracked shot shell of Inoue's surrogate son Payano when the former was jacked to hell on every PED known to science.

    This content is protected


    Neri poses very little threat to Inoue's shattered orbital socket. From the extensive scientific analysis I have conducted I've identified Rigoblin and Murodjon Akhmadaliev (both up at 122) as the two biggest threats to Inoue's injured eye.

    This! I can’t imagine Nery being a huge problem to Inoue even with the eye problem. Although he is banned in Japan, Inoue does have a few fights planned in the US so they might make it.

    You know what? I’d like them to make that fight! Would love to see how many rounds Nery lasts....

    Without the broken orbital I feel Nery would have kept very quite about Inoue.
    Be careful what you wish for comes to mind.

    Nery has no defense. He'd get picked apart and knocked out early.

    Yeah I can see Nery meeting his day of reckoning with Inoue over in the US and I strongly suspect Inoue will want to administer an ass paddling of biblical proportions to him for the disrespect he displayed to the Yamananka Clan what with him jacking himself with an industrial dose of Mexican meat before the fight.
